A Note From Our Founder

I founded Arctos360 based on my own professional journey. There was a point in my life where everything seemed to be going well – at least on the surface. My partners and I sold the consulting firm I co-founded and was involved in several new and exciting business ventures. I was close to my family and enjoyed a special relationship with each of my four children.

While I thought I was able to check the boxes I needed to be happy, there was an inexplicable sense of emptiness lurking beneath the surface. I struggled to find meaning in my work, and a sense of hopelessness set in which quickly started to take a toll on me. It was difficult to find the energy my work, family, and friends deserved.

This time in my life marked the beginning of what would become a 10-year circuitous journey in search of meaning, growth, and direction. I did  a lot of exploring.  I reconnected to my strengths, purpose, values, and dove into my growth edges. I discovered healthy coping tools that supported me mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.  During this time, I came to a significant realization: I wanted to create a company that supports leaders in a way that I wish I was supported.  This is what inspired me to form Arctos360.

My experience changed my life, and now it is my personal mission – and the mission of Arctos360 – to guide professionals as they navigate the difficult terrain of being a leader.
