About Cohorts
Make the most of your leadership journey by joining a cohort. Cohorts are powerful catalysts for change because they provide the guidance of a coach and business advisor plus with the added benefit of receiving peer support.
Cohorts are limited to about 6-8 people, ensuring active dialogue and and an enriching learning experience. Each cohort consists of a number of live 75-minute sessions and two private 45-minute sessions with a Business Advisor and Resilience Coach, providing you the space to delve deeper into your individual motivations and goals.

While we encourage this exploration, we remain grounded in realism, guiding you in assessing your options and crafting a feasible path forward. All of this is embedded in a framework that prioritizes human connection, offering not just a step towards enhanced leadership but also a more deeply aligned professional trajectory.
